I want to see a Victoria where everyone can live a good, dignified life, and I’ll strive to better our state without resorting to punching down on the most vulnerable groups among us.
Hi, I'm James. I'm a Mooroolbark local and a veteran, and after nearly a decade serving as an officer in the Australian Army, I'm running in the state election as a candidate with the Victorian Socialists here in the seat of Evelyn!
In that same decade, house prices, rent and childcare costs have skyrocketed, the cost of living continues to outpace our wages, and both major parties have failed in their duty of care to uplift the community, instead prioritising billionaires and big corporations.
We all deserve better. I want to bring my knowledge and experience to serve our community, to fight for everyone - regardless of background or circumstances. I want to see a Victoria where everyone can live a good, dignified life, and I’ll strive to better our state without resorting to punching down on the most vulnerable groups among us.
Let me fight for you, and for a society that puts people before profit.
