I'm running in this year's state election because I believe working-class people deserve better. The rich are getting richer year by year, while our Labor government and politicians govern for them.
Hi, I'm Oskar. I'm a proud Bundjalung and Kamilaroi man and I'm your Williamstown candidate for Victorian Socialists.
I've been a western suburbs resident and Williamstown local for most of my life. I grew up in Williamstown during my primary and high school years and now live nearby in Seddon. I work in mental health research at the University of Melbourne and am a part of the NTEU's University of Melbourne branch.

Along with this we are seeing more right-wing campaigns against immigration and crime emerge that target impoverished and multicultural communities. We need socialist politics in this election that fights against growing inequality and the rise of right-wing politics.
I've been involved in local western suburb campaigns to kick out neo-Nazis from the NSN presiding in a Sunshine gym, and opposing the introduction of private security guards in Footscray by the local council. More generally I'm an Aboriginal socialist activist fighting for my people’s rights and liberation both on university campuses and in the streets of Melbourne.
If elected in November, I’ll fight for our community and put people before profit.
