Nepean should be a place where working-class people can live happy fulfilling lives, not just a luxury get away for the rich. Help us make that change.
Hi, I’m Seth. I’m standing in the state election as the Victorian Socialists candidate for Nepean.
I’m a concreter and I’ve lived and worked in Nepean my whole life. I’ve seen how the political and economic state of our community and our country is getting worse.
Big corporations are making record profits while working-class Australians are dealing with the skyrocketing cost of living, overpriced groceries and landlords raising rent every chance they get.
We are exhausted and frustrated by the current run down government support that just puts bandaids on our problems.
I want to put money and resources back into our community in ways that people actually notice. In a wealthy country like Australia, no-one should have to struggle just to keep a roof over their heads or food on the table. We need more funding for public education, more hospital beds and healthcare staff, and to bring essential resources and services back into public hands.
Nepean should be a place where working-class people can live happy fulfilling lives, not just a luxury get away for the rich. Help us make that change.
