Our first organising meeting of the year, with a focus on how to relate to the potential upcoming industrial action.
The year is getting off to a big start with a ballot for protected action being filed, and the Allen government contesting it. Our first organising meeting of 2026 will have a big emphasis on the campaign for the new enterprise agreement in the public sector, and the socialist arguments for taking strike action. Please come out if you're interested in learning more about it, have ideas on ways we can intervene, or just want to check out Socialists in Schools. Welcome all members of the AEU and IEU who are supporters of Victorian Socialists.
