Anti Hanson Campaign Day + Branch Meeting

Join the fight against the rise of One Nation and racist anti-migrant politics in Victoria.

On our anti-Hanson campaign launch day, 150 volunteers across the state took to the streets to campaign against the rising One Nation and Pauline Hanson’s racist politics. Many we spoke to were happy to see there were people out there fighting against anti-immigrant racism.

On Saturday 18 April socialists from Essendon will meet at Newmarket Station at 11am to continue our campaign. We’ll be letterboxing, doorknocking and getting word out that there’s an anti-capitalist alternative to the major parties and the racism of the far-right.

We will meet back at Pin Oak Beer and Wine at 2pm for a debrief and our monthly branch meeting.

Join us in the fight! No experience necessary, training will be provided. This campaign is a great way to get involved and also meet other socialists in your area.
