Labor's NDIS Cuts Kill: Why we need a public, universal disability service

Come to our Victorian Socialists public meeting to get involved organising to oppose the disgraceful NDIS cuts and fight for a system that truly meets the needs of service users and carers - for people, not profit!

The Labor government plans to make sweeping cuts the plans of NDIS participants and kick 160 000 off the scheme. In the same breath they have refused to tax gas and oil companies that make billions in profits, and given hundreds of billions to the military.

Labor have privatised and gutted public health and disability services. The LNP and One Nation want to cut and privatise them even further.

Victorian Socialists stand for establishing a fully funded, universal and publicly run disability service. Disability care should not be market driven, for profit or run by heartless bureaucracies like the NDIA.

The venue has wheelchair access. Online stream link will be added to this page closer to the event date for those who cannot attend in person.
