Healthcare and disability services in Australia are in crisis: hospitals are overwhelmed & facing permanent staffing crises, out-of-pocket costs are rising, waitlists getting longer, & the Labour government has announced major cuts to the National Disability Insurance Scheme that will leave 300,000 people without the support they need to survive. These are the inevitable effects of a for profit healthcare system.
