Meet Reema Ababneh for Carrum!

Victorian Socialists in Carrum want to fight to put people before profit. We are sick of career politicians getting in and ignoring our communities, instead making deals with billionaire corporations to pollute our suburbs.

Reema Ababneh is a local resident, a student, an activist and a socialist. She is standing for parliament because she believes our society should be run in the interests of working-class people - not billionaires, property speculators and corporations that profit while everyone else struggles. Reema is a committed Palestine activist, who has been instrumental to Students for Palestine, and helped lead many campaigns for Palestine at Melbourne Uni. Come on down to chat to Reema, and stick around afterwards to help us letterbox for Reema’s campaign!

Questions, ideas, comments - everything is welcome. Unlike the major parties, we’re a party of working-class fighters, and we need you to be part of that.
